How I handle the details you send through the enquiry form.

What I process
Your name, email, company or channel name and the content of your message. The form collects nothing else.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
For as long as it takes to handle your enquiry. If we don’t end up working together, I delete your details within 12 months at the latest.
Who has access
The form sends messages through Web3Forms and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. I never sell your details or pass them on for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict its processing and object to it. Just email info@videastudio.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when doing so.
